2. Review. Is an album of Gregorian chant singers covering pop songs a totally brilliant or incredibly stupid idea? Actually, it's just lame. More contemplative songs like "Scarborough Fair" and "Sebastian" work best because they are closer to the medieval idiom, but much of the album comes off sounding more like a college glee club than Gregorian chant/5(34).
